The ITC preliminarily determined that Chinese and Indonesian producers and exporters have received net countervailable subsidies ranging from 3.92 to 12.83 percent, and 17.48 percent, respectively. As a result of these determinations, the Department of Commerce will impose tariffs on imports of coated paper to offset the unfair advantage provided by subsidization.
