I am working hard to bring our tax dollars back to Wisconsin where they
belong – creating jobs by investing in our schools, our roads and our
bridges.  Everyone must understand that this will take time.  The
Recovery Act is transformational legislation and I am hopeful that it
will begin to put us on a path towards economic recovery.

However, we must maintain our commitment to fiscal responsibility.  I
want to make sure that government dollars are spent wisely.  That’s why
I’m asking you to report instances of waste, fraud and abuse in
