An American flag flown over the United States Capitol is a very special way to honor a friend or loved one to commemorate one of life’s milestones, such as a birthday, Eagle Scout Court of Honor, graduation, wedding, anniversary, or retirement.

Senator Kohl’s office can arrange the purchase of a United States flag that will be flown over the U.S. Capitol. A Certificate of Authenticity from the Architect of the Capitol is provided with the flag verifying the date on which it was flown and, if requested, the individual or organization and/or occasion for which it was flown.

You can also place an order with Senator Kohl’s office for a flag to be used for any purpose.
